Happy New Years, users. I'll cut to the chase; the barrier we instilled a few months ago is decaying quickly and we're sorting through the new data as fast as we can. This barrier was originally designed to contain a rogue error. There are several of you who have taken care of this issue and from here we will handle the rest...thank you. The influx of data will help us decode our next steps. As mentioned, we've spent December tracing several magical sources that are coming up in our readings. We're doing the best we can to trace Clarence--Mr. Vanderweele, and corral the effects he's altering in the city. I believe we're ready to tear down the firewall and begin exploring further. If our information is correct, we're really breaking the boundaries of the layers we've discovered lately! It's exciting, don't you think? The only information I can offer is that we will need you to be strong no matter what happens. We believe things have changed outside of security measures we've set in place, though we will need more data to understand the best way to stabilize the city from his control. Has anyone else found they're able to teleport? Because I think I can? But I can't seem to do it again?

Also. I'm looking for a new job. Even with the holidays my last job kept cutting my hours, so... I bounced. Probably shouldn't have until I had something else lined up, but yeah.

Um. I was getting ready for school. I went down to the kitchen and was pouring myself a bowl of cereal. And then, there was this gold flash around me and I just... felt like I was falling into nothing.

whoever other you was just happened to deal with a lot of weird stuff
the best way to not go crazy is just stick to the app
read what's getting posted on here, talk to other users
that's about all you CAN do
i can't even talk to anyone who isn't on the app any more
i've got too much weird stuff bouncing around in my brain now to talk to anyone normal

Oh, thank you. I'd better leave those for people wanting to go into criminal justice though. I'm more interested in sports medicine and physical therapy.

Though, what do crime lab interns do? Are they allowed to work on active cases?

There are internships in multiple areas, so it really depends on what you're interested in. There's things in administration, victim assistance, crime lab, forensic anthropology/ entomology/ Emergency management/ imaging/ investigation, legal counsel. There is more than just looking at finger prints and stomach remains.

But in answer to your question, yeah as long as you go through the training.

I take it you work at the crime lab yourself?

Yes, I'm a CSI and I deal more with identifying poisons and other general forensic stuff. I also collected evidence at crime scenes.
